Background
I began my career in Corporate America in 2004. I was lucky enough to have an amazing female manager who was an informal mentor. She really showed me that a manager could be a leader. This inspired my personal development journey and got me interested in leadership and development and later, my interest in coaching. Then the pandemic happened and I had the opportunity to take advantage of a voluntary separation offer, allowing me my to finish my Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have recently left Corporate America and I look forward to being of service to others through the art of coaching. I enjoy the topics of Psychology and personal growth. I love Brené Brown, the podcast Hidden Brain, and any book by Jen Sincero. Come Grow with me!
